Diane is graduate of the Institute of Financial Education (division of U of I, Springfield) and a graduate of the Real Estate Institute.  She entered Real Estate in 1991, after a 10 year career as a Loan Originator and obtained her Brokers license in 1997.  She currently oversees the development and management operations of Prudential Snyder Real Estate and subdivision development.

Diane has been presented with awards such as Prudential Snyder's Realtor of the Year, #1 Prudential Agent, the 10 year Legend Award and recognized as a Nominee for the YMCA Women of Distinction Award in 2009.

She has been actively involved in the St. Jude’s VIP Telethon, ISU Redbird Club, ISU Foundation, United Way, Marc Center, YWCA Circle of Women Coordinator and The Red Cross.

Diane has three children; son, Brett (wife Dana), and twin daughters Lindsey and Lissa.
